RB2B Affiliate Programme Terms

1. How the Programme works

1. Approved Partners receive a unique affiliate link and/or code (your "Affiliate Link") to refer new customers to RB2B.
2. You earn a commission on qualifying purchases made by customers you refer through your Affiliate Link, as described in section 5.
3. We use a third-party affiliate platform to track referrals, commissions, and payouts. Your use of that platform is also subject to its own terms and privacy policy.

2. Eligibility and sign-up

1. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
2. Business email required. You must sign up for and maintain your affiliate account using a business email address on a domain you or your company own. Applications using free or personal email addresses (for example Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, Hotmail, or iCloud) will not be approved. If you change the email on your account, the new address must also be a business email.
3. All information you provide when applying must be true, accurate, and complete, and you must keep it up to date.
4. Each person or business may hold one affiliate account.
5. We review every application and may approve or decline any application at our discretion, without giving a reason.

3. Referral tracking and cookie duration

1. When someone clicks your Affiliate Link, a tracking cookie is placed on their browser. The cookie lasts for 60 days from the date of the click.
2. A referral is credited to you if the referred customer creates a new RB2B account and makes a qualifying purchase within that 60-day window.
3. Referrals are attributed to the most recent Affiliate Link clicked before sign-up. If the cookie is deleted, blocked, or expires, or the customer signs up on a different browser or device, the referral may not be tracked, and we are not responsible for untracked referrals.
4. Our tracking records are final in determining whether a referral and commission are credited to you.

4. Promotion rules

1. No brand bidding in paid search. You must not bid on, purchase, or otherwise target, in any paid search or pay-per-click advertising (including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and similar platforms):
   • the terms "RB2B," "RB2B.com," or any misspelling, variation, or combination of them;
   • any other RB2B trademark, product name, or related term; or
   • any keyword that includes any of the above (for example "RB2B pricing," "RB2B login," or "RB2B review").
2. No affiliate links in paid search ads. You must not use your Affiliate Link or affiliate code in, or direct traffic through it from, any paid search advertisement in order to earn click-through commission. This applies whether or not the advertisement targets a RB2B-related term. You also must not use RB2B trademarks in paid ad copy or display URLs.
3. You must not register or use domain names, social media handles, or app names that include "RB2B" or any confusingly similar term.
4. You must not present yourself as RB2B, or imply that you are employed by or speaking on behalf of RB2B.
5. No self-referrals. You may not earn commission on purchases made by you, your company, or accounts you control.
6. You must not:
   • send unsolicited email (spam) or messages that break applicable anti-spam laws, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and PECR;
   • use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, pop-ups, browser extensions, or any other method that sets a tracking cookie without a genuine, deliberate click;
   • post your Affiliate Link on coupon, cashback, or deal sites without our written approval;
   • make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about RB2B, its pricing, or its features.
7. Disclosure. You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with RB2B wherever you promote your Affiliate Link, as required by the FTC Endorsement Guides and any other applicable advertising laws.

5. Commissions

1. You earn commission on qualifying purchases at the rate shown in your affiliate dashboard, which we may update under section 10.
2. No commission is earned on purchases that are refunded, charged back, cancelled, or not paid. If a commission has already been paid on such a purchase, we may deduct it from your future payouts.
3. No commission is earned on any referral generated in breach of these terms.

6. Payouts

1. NET-30. Payouts are made on NET-30 terms. Payouts are generated 30 days after the end of each calendar month for commissions earned in the previous month. For example, commissions earned in January are paid out at the end of February.
2. Payment methods. Payouts are made by PayPal or Wise only. You are responsible for providing and keeping accurate payout details in your affiliate account. We are not responsible for payments sent to incorrect details you supplied.
3. Minimum payout threshold. A payout is only made once your approved, unpaid commission balance reaches at least $100 USD. Balances under $100 roll over to the following month until the threshold is reached.
4. All payouts are made in US dollars. You are responsible for any fees charged by PayPal, Wise, or your bank, and for any currency conversion costs.
5. Tax. You are responsible for all taxes on commissions you receive. We may ask for tax information (such as a W-9 or W-8 form) before making any payout, and may withhold payouts until it is provided.

7. Suspension and termination

1. Suspension for violation. If we believe you have breached these terms, the RB2B Terms of Service, or any applicable law, we may suspend or terminate your affiliate account immediately and without notice.
2. While your account is suspended, commissions are not paid. If your account is terminated for a breach, you forfeit all unpaid commissions, including any earned before the breach, and we may recover any commissions already paid on referrals connected to the breach.
3. You may leave the Programme at any time by contacting support at support [AT] rb2b.com. Approved commissions that meet the minimum payout threshold will be paid on the normal payout schedule.
4. We may also end your participation for any other reason with notice by email. In that case, approved commissions earned before the end date will be paid on the normal payout schedule.
5. When your participation ends, you must stop using your Affiliate Link and any RB2B trademarks or materials.

8. Trademarks and materials

1. While you are an approved Partner, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the RB2B name, logo, and marketing materials we provide, solely to promote RB2B under these terms.
2. You must not alter our trademarks or materials, and we may ask you to change or remove any content that uses them at any time.

9. Relationship and liability

1. You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and RB2B.
2. To the extent permitted by law, RB2B is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the Programme, and our total liability to you is limited to the commissions paid or payable to you in the 12 months before the claim.
3. You agree to indemnify RB2B against any claims, losses, or costs arising from your breach of these terms or your promotional activities.

10. Changes to the Programme

1. We may change these terms, commission rates, or the Programme at any time by posting an updated version on this page or notifying you by email. Changes apply from the date they are posted or notified. Your continued participation after a change means you accept it.
2. We may end the Programme at any time. If we do, approved commissions earned before the end date will be paid on the normal payout schedule, subject to the minimum payout threshold.
